Jamie Flores

Jamie Flores is a proud Texan, born and raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. She is a graduate of Texas Wesleyan University where she received her bachelor's degree, then went on to pursue her master's from Texas A&M University-Kingsville. Jamie earned her law degree from the University of North Texas College of Law. In addition to being a member of the State Bar of Texas, Jamie is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court and is a member of the prestigious Texas Bar College.

She has in-depth experience helping individuals and businesses with diverse IRS tax issues. Her deep understanding of tax laws and regulations, combined with her commitment to staying updated on the latest changes, allows her to provide clients with innovative and strategic tax solutions. Jamie Flores has become a trusted authority in tax debt resolution, compliance, and strategy.

Jamie has been widely recognized for her professional achievements. In 2023-2024, she was awarded the 'Outstanding Committee Award' for her work in the State Bar of Texas – Tax Section's 'Tax Law in a Day' initiative. She was also selected to the prestigious '2024 Texas Rising Stars' list by Super Lawyers, a recognition given to only 2.5 percent of exceptional young attorneys in the state, and has been featured in Texas Monthly and Local Profile for her work as a Managing Partner at the Law Offices of Nick Nemeth.
